Four ways to use AirCamp
They are not variations on each other. What you pay for, and what you get, is different in each one.
Camper pitch
Somewhere to spend the night
A private host lets their ground to you. You book the night — the price is per night.
BrowseMeal stop
A proper meal, and room to stand
You order a meal at a place that serves food. Parking with power comes with the purchase — the host receives you as a guest.
BrowsePitstop
A shower, a wash, an hour in the hot tub
Services bought by the go or the hour from people along the road. Nobody sleeps here.
BrowseCampsite guide
Every campsite on the map
An open directory of established campsites in Norway, Sweden and Finland. Look them up here, book with them directly.

The marks on a listing
- What does "Verified" mean?
- That AirCamp has confirmed the host's identity and that the pitch exists as described. Pitches without the badge are awaiting the same check — they haven't been rejected.
- Cleared with the municipality
- That the host asked their municipality in writing, got an answer, and a person here read it. It is not a legal approval from AirCamp — it is the municipality's own reply, checked by us.
Where is AirCamp today?
We are in beta. Listings marked “Example” show what finished listings look like, and listings marked “Reservable in beta” can be reserved now. AirCamp does not collect payment during the beta, and neither guest nor host should pay anything for a beta reservation — if you are asked to, contact us. Payment through AirCamp opens later, corridor by corridor. Everything in the guides is real, open data.
Cancellation and refunds
In the beta phase every stay can be cancelled until check-in without fees, and nothing is charged through AirCamp. When card payments open we will publish fixed cancellation rules here first.
Safety
During the beta, AirCamp asks nobody for payment — if you are asked to pay for a beta reservation, stop and contact us. Always meet the host through in-app messages first. If something feels off — a pitch that doesn't exist, a host who doesn't reply — tell us and we'll follow up.
Report a pitch or user
Email us a link to the pitch or profile and what's wrong. We always reply, and serious cases are prioritised the same day.
What if the host cancels?
During launch no payment is taken, so you lose no money — and if you write to us, we help you find another place nearby. Once card payment opens: if the host cancels, the full amount is refunded automatically and we help you onwards. The rules will be published here before payment is switched on.
