Terms of Service

AirCamp is a marketplace connecting owners of private camper pitches (hosts) with travellers (guests). The service is at an early stage — features may change, and parts of the content are demonstration data.
The service
AirCamp facilitates contact and booking between hosts and guests. We do not own or operate the pitches ourselves. The agreement for the stay is made between host and guest.
Accounts
Sign-in is via Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your profile information accurate.
Host responsibilities
The host is responsible for the rental being legal at the address, the pitch being on a hard surface, offering at most three pitches per property, and the description and photos being accurate. The Verified badge means AirCamp has reviewed the listing — it is not a guarantee.
Booking and payment
During the beta, reservations are active but payment through AirCamp is not open, and nothing is charged through AirCamp. Once the payment feature is activated, the price consists of the host's base price plus selected add-ons; guests then pay a 5% service fee and hosts a 15% commission on the base amount, with payments processed by Stripe.
Cancellation
Guests can cancel upcoming bookings from their profile. Refund rules for paid bookings will be published when the payment feature is activated.
Liability
AirCamp is not a party to the stay and is not liable for damage to persons, vehicles or property. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
